DATE : January 17, 2022 Pursuant to the order dated 03/01/2022 it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the respondent No.3Education Officer has forwarded the proposal for correction of staff justification to the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education thereafter has in turn forwarded that proposal to the Director of Education, Pune for favourable consideration.

In view of aforesaid by accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the instructions of the Assistant Director of Education as well as the respondent No.3 who are present in Court today, the contempt petition is disposed of as the directions issued to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 stand complied with. Needless to state that if any further grievance of the petitioner remains unresolved, the petitioner is free to take appropriate steps in that regard.
