Heard Shri Haq, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ashirgade, learned APP for the non-applicant - State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 392 of 2019 dated 10.08.2019 for the offence punishable under Section 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Washim Police Station, Washim.

It is stated that the earlier bail application of the present applicant came to be rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2019 in Criminal Application (BA) No. 1127 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any change in circumstances except the pandemic situation. Right now, the ground of pandemic situation does not survive in view of opening of physical hearing in the Courts and situation everywhere including in jail are similar. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Criminal Application is rejected.
