Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the charge-sheet. It is seen from the charge-sheet that this applicant was in a room, which was different from the room in which the incident took place and that the material necessary for showing nexus of the applicant with the offence alleged against the applicant is shaky. The charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, now, this applicant could be entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his/her furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicant shall regularly attend the Court on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
