Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He has prayed to direct the respondent/authorities to issue due permission to his industrial unit falling under White Category.

He then submits that the various policies prevailing today would govern his case.

We have gone through the record and considering the nature of prayer made, we direct the respondentauthorities to treat the present petition as a representation, and same be decided within six weeks from today. 4.

Needless to mention that while deciding the issue involved, the respondent-authorities would take into consideration the policies prevailing today.
