DATE : 17/01/2020 Heard Shri V.V. Dahat, learned Advocate for appellants. It is submitted that amount of compensation granted by the Reference Court is less than the amount of foretime. As per G.R. issued by Government of Maharashtra dated 03.11.2016 and corrigendum dated 13th August, 2018, therefore, appellant do not want to prosecute the appeal.

Hence in view of the submission, the appeal is disposed of for want of prosecution as withdrawn. Court fee as per rule be refunded.
