The petitioners takes exception to the order dated 31.05.2023, whereby the term of the Administrator was appointed over the petitioner No.2-Institute, vide order dated 18.02.2020 was extended for period of one year from 18.02.2023 to 17.02.2024. It is undisputed that there is no order either extending the said appointment or for making fresh appointment of Administrator over the petitioner No.2 - Institution.

In view of the aforesaid, the cause in the petition is rendered infructuous. The petition is disposed of as infructuous. The respondent-Authority shall not interfere with the Administration of petitioner No.2-Institution, as the period for which the Administrator was appointed has come to an end.
