The only reason cited for not granting furlough is the petitioner having refused to execute the work assigned to him. 2.

The learned counsel Ms Ratna Singh addressed the Court on behalf of the petitioner that henceforth the petitioner shall timely execute all the work which is assigned to him and shall not refuse the same.

In this view of the matter if we consider the reasons cited for rejecting the prayer for grant of furlough, the petitioner, in our opinion, is entitled to be released on furlough on such terms and conditions as the Competent Authority may deem fit and proper to be imposed. 4.
