The present application is filed by the appellant for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. There is only 12 days delay in filing the appeal. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is no intentional and deliberate delay. As such, the delay in filing first appeal is hereby condoned.
