In view of the order passed by this Court on 4.2.2021 the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing the chargesheet though allowed to go ahead with the investigation. In view of the fact that the investigation is complete and it is stated that the offence transpired is under Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given within one week thereafter to the applicant. After receipt of the chargesheet, the applicant is allowed to carry out the amendment to the application on or before 23.7.2024. Copy of the amended application and the chargesheet be filed on record and copy of the same be given to the other side in advance. Application filed by learned A.P.P. stands disposed
