We deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.1-Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to re-consider the claim of the petitioner for release on furlough, having regard to the medical certificate of his mother issued by the Medical Officer, Sub-District Hospital, Murtizapur, District Akola on 29th October, 2024. 3.

Let the decision be taken by the respondent No.1-Divisional Commissioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one week from the date of production of this order. 4.
