The only prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious adjudication of his claim of belonging to Mana Scheduled Tribe. It is submitted that the petitioner's father and other blood relatives have been issued validity certificates. Vigilance enquiry in the case of the petitioner has been conducted and the petitioner has also submitted his say to the said report dated 29.9.2022. Since the petitioner is pursuing the education he seeks expeditious consideration of his claim. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the petitioner's claim within a period of eight weeks from today. Same shall be done after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and in accordance with law. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No costs. (MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) (A.S.
