Shri Khapre, learned counsel for the applicant submits that other heirs are already on record. He further states that similar applications moved in connected LPAs in respect of the same deceased only, have been allowed. According to him, inadvertently orders are not mentioned on present applications.

In view of this, as nobody appears to oppose the applications, the same are allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
