The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of silly mistakes committed by the petitioner, the petitioner is unnecessary deprived of the result of her appearance in the said examination. In academic matters, strict adherence to the rules is necessary. Whatever sympathy we may have with the petitioner, cannot permit us to compel the respondent to act contrary to the rules. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
