CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1813 OF 2015 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the contents of the civil application. Also perused the judgment of the Family Court. In the circumstances of the case, the impugned judgment is stayed during the pendency of the Family Court Appeal subject to the condition that the applicantappellant pays a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent-wife towards arrears of maintenance and rent within a period of one month and continues to pay a sum of Rs.13,000/- to the respondent-wife, which would include the amount of Rs.2,500/-, that is payable under the other proceedings.

Civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
