The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime 13/2021, registered with Police Station, Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli, for offences punishable under sections 302, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the basis of report dated 21.2.2021, lodged by Mr. Sagar Pada, who is the younger brother of the applicant. According to Mr. Sagar Pada, there was an altercation between Maniram, who is the father of the applicant and Mr. Sagar. Mr. Sagar alleges that it was his father Maniram, who picked up a quarrel and attempted to assault the applicant Akshay with knife. According to Mr. Sagar, as a fact it was Mr. Maniram, who

dealt one knife blow to Akshay, on the stomach. During the course of the scuffle, the applicant allegedly picked up the knife which fell from his father's hand and dealt blow to Maniram's neck, which proved fatal. The investigation is complete. The chargesheet is filed. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has criminal antecedents or that he would be a flight risk.

The injury certificate on record substantiates the version of the informant that it was the applicant, who suffered the first stab wound.

The applicant has made out a case for bail.

The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime 13/2021, registered with Police Station, Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli, for offences punishable under sections 302, 506 of Indian Penal Code, on executing PR bond of Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any attempt to influence the witnesses or otherwise tamper with the evidence.

The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
