Parties do not dispute that controversy is covered by orders dated 2nd March,2017 passed by this Bench in Writ Petition No.4302 and 5189 both of of 2016. 2.

In view of this, we direct the respondent-Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, to consider the Government Resolution dated 11.02.1994 and subsequent policy decision, if any, and to find out eligibility of petitioner for clubbing his earlier service with present service. The exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from today. If necessary, an opportunity of hearing shall be extended to petitioner.

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of Writ Petition. No costs.
