(Dated : 08/09/2018) Both the parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H".

The instant Appeal is covered under the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November, 2016, 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 and therefore, the Appellants seek permission to withdraw the Appeal. The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of Form 'H', however, with a direction to deposit the total amount of compensation within ninety days in the reference Court, if it is not deposited. The Appellants/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation. In case the amount was already deposited, alongwith accrued interest.
