Learned counsel for both parties are present, and they have submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter and also sought divorce by mutual consent before the learned Family Court, Yavatmal.

Today, learned counsel for non-applicant has filed Pursis along with order passed by the learned Family Court, Yavatmal, regarding the dissolution of marriage. 3.

In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the revision application.

4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the revision application.

5.

Respondent/wife is permitted to withdraw the amount, whichever is deposited by the applicant/husband before this Court.
