Pursis Stamp No.15303/2017, dated 28th November, 2017 signed by the petitioner and her advocate is placed on record. It is stated that the order, breach of which is complained, is complied and the petitioner has received the entire amount.

In view of the above fact, I see no reason to keep this contempt petition pending. Hence, it is disposed. However, though the respondent No.1 has put in appearance in response to the show cause notice issued by this Court, there is no affidavit/reply pointing out the reason for not complying with the order earlier. Prima-facie, it appears that the respondent has complied with the order only after the petitioner approached this Court by this contempt petition.

The respondents shall pay costs of Rs.Two Thousand to the petitioner by demand draft and file affidavit

2 cp202.15 of compliance, along with photocopy of the demand draft, on record of this contempt petition till 15th December, 2017. If the affidavit of compliance is not filed till 15th December, 2017, non-bailable Warrant to secure presence of Shri Ramesh Kothale, Secretary, Pradnyapeeth Convent, Primary School, Kamptee, District : Nagpur will have to be issued.
