Inadvertently the name of the appellant in the title clause is mentioned as "Sayyad Shakil Salam"

instead of "Sayyad Shakil Sayyad Salam." At the same time, in para No.30 the date of receipts are wrongly mentioned as "13.9.20003" instead of "13.9.2003", "15.9.2009" instead of "15.9.2003" and add the receipt i.e. "October 2007".

The corrections are of a typographical nature. In view of that, it be corrected and corrected judgment be uploaded.
