2) The issue pertains to the failure of the Bailiff to execute the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate in the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3) Since the conduct of the Bailiff is alleged to be contrary to the Bailiff Manual, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition, as he intends to approach the Principal District Judge on administrative side. 4) As such, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
