This application assails the order dated 12.06.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola below Exhibit 33 in Sessions Case 50 of 2016 whereby non-bailable warrant is issued to secure the presence of the applicant - accused.

2] Vide order dated 19.06.2019 this Court stayed the order impugned after recording the statement of the learned counsel Shri V.R. Deshpande that the applicant - accused shall appear before the trial Court and shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.

3] Shri V.R. Deshpande states that the applicant - accused attended the Court on 22.06.2019 and 05.07.2019 and the complainant is examined.

4] The statement is accepted.

5] In this view of the matter the order impugned is
