The civil application seeks amendment of the petition to elaborate the claim of compensation. Though the same is opposed by Mr. Khubalkar, learned counsel for the respondent no.5, however, considering that the earlier application for amendment regarding the claim for compensation has already been allowed, the present civil application is allowed.

The amendment be carried out by the end of this week and copy of amended petition be supplied to the other side.
