DATED : 22-12-2020 The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 229/2020 registered with Barshitakli Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act.

The crime is registered on the basis of the report alleging that co-accused Pawan stabbed the injured and applicant 1-Arun instigated him.

Applicant 2-Omprakash allegedly accompanied Pawan although no overt role is attributed in the assault. 4.

The main accused Pawan is released on bail vide order dated 26-10-2020 noting that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed and more importantly the dispute between the family members stood compromised. The complainant placed on record an affidavit in Criminal Application (BA) 566/2020

2 aba678.20 stating that he did not wish to precipitate the matter and that he has informed the Investigating Officer accordingly.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 02-6-2020 is made absolute.
