Considering the fact that record and proceedings have been already received in this Court and accompanying appeal was pending in this Court since 2015, the present application is allowed and the appeal is restored.

FIRST APPEAL No.766 OF 2015 As noted by this Court, the record and proceedings have been already received for facilitating final hearing of the appeal. Accordingly,

2 / 2 mca825.19 the appellant is exempted from filing private paper book. Since this appeal was dismissed on account of failure of the appellant to file private paper book and thereafter restored by order passed today, issue notice to the respondent for final disposal returnable in six weeks.
