The applicant seeks condonation of delay in preferring appeal against the judgment and order of conviction dated 19.04.2023 passed by the Special Court No.2 (POCSO), Nagpur in Special POCSO Case No.228/2020. It is averred in the application that the financial condition of the parents of the applicant is bad, hence, he could not arrange the funds for payment of legal expenses and therefore, the delay is caused in preferring the appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 3 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. /2024:
