By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for the breach of undertaking in paragraph No.7 of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Writ Petition No.5344 of 2014 that a fresh tender would be floated by the State Government.
It is sated on behalf of the respondents that during pendency of the contempt petition, a fresh tender is floated and there is no breach of undertaking.
