This application is filed by non-applicant no.3/complainant for grant of early hearing on the ground of ill health of non-applicant no.3 and that he is an aged person. It is submitted by Shri Shriwas, learned Counsel for non-applicant no.3, that in fact by order dated 12/4/2017, this Court had already expedited hearing of present application.

Having considered facts as aforesaid and as non-applicant no.3/complainant is a senior citizen, aged about 69 years as on date, the application for early hearing is allowed.

The application be shown for final hearing at the end of board on 16/7/2019.
