JUNE 15, 2017 In the present writ petition, initially Mr. Bhupesh Patel, Advocate used to represent the petitioner. A statement was made before this Court on 14.03.2017 that the present petitioner has instructed Mr. Patel not to appear in the matter and notices were already issued to the petitioner to collect the papers for engaging other counsel. Then the matter was listed on 16.03.2017. On the said date, this Court discharged Mr. Bhupesh Patel, Advocate. However, a chance was given to the present petitioner and the matter was adjourned for dismissal after one week. Thereafter the matter is listed today. Today also, nobody appeared when the matter was called out and therefore the matter was passed over. Even on the second call neither the petitioner nor anybody on his behalf is appearing.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. JUDGE kahale
