On 24.06.2022, this Court passed the following order:

Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not contacted him after filing of the Writ Petitions and therefore he sent notice of withdrawal of Vakalatnama on 13.06.2022. He therefore seeks one week's time to place on record the acknowledgment of the same.

Stand over after one week.

The Advocate for the petitioner has filed Pursis dated 27.06.2022 annexing the copy of registered post notice sent to the petitioner and the acknowledgment thereof. In spite of the said notice the petitioner has not contacted the Advocate for the petitioner. He, therefore,

wp4141.17+O.odt prays for discharge from the said petition. Considering the notice and acknowledgment thereof the Advocate for the petitioner is discharged.

In spite of service of notice by the Advocate for the petitioner, the petitioner has not engaged any other Advocate. The petitions are therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
