Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed that the petitioner namely, Kuwarlal s/o Govindrao Rahmatkar is expired during the course of the present proceeding. The Civil Suit before the Trial Court is going on and the same is represented by the legal heirs of the petitioner.
