Learned A.P.P. states that all 13 buffaloes have been returned to the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner accepts that petitioner - Trust has received the custody of buffaloes.

In view of this development, we are not inclined to proceed on merits of the controversy. Leaving all rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition as infructuous. No costs.
