Against the same respondent - Scrutiny Committee, Akola this Court has decided identical 74 challenges. The parties state that controversy is covered by said judgment delivered on 16th July, 2018 in Writ Petition No.3143/2018 and other identical matters. 2.

Hence, for same reasons with similar directions and conditions, we allow this writ petition also.

Petitioner shall appear before Scrutiny Committee on 28th August, 2018 and abide it's by further instructions in the matters.
