CIVIL APPLICATION (CAA) NO. 49 OF 2023 The present application is filed for modification in the judgment and order dated 24/03/2023 passed by this Court in AO No. 36/2018.

This Court had granted two months' time to decide and consider the application Exh. 5 afresh to the learned District Judge. However, in view of the submissions made in the present

917-CAA 48-23 in AO 36-18 application, the respondent in AO has already challenged the judgment and order dated 24/03/2023 passed by this Court in AO No. 36/2018 by preferring Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

In view thereof, time granted earlier by order dated 24/03/2023 is extended by another two months. 4.
