The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-Board to hand over the corrected mark-sheets of the 10th Standard-SSC examination to the petitioner immediately, so that the petitioner would be entitled to secure admission through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
Shri Parchure, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the respondent nos.1 and 2 have acted with great diligence so as to supply the corrected mark-sheets to all the students, whose mark-sheets were to be revised. The learned counsel has tendered the mark-sheet of the petitioner to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the court today.
In view of the statement and facts recorded hereinabove, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
