DATE : 17.08.2015.
The respondents are served by the applicant on the civil application. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Kale appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 4. None appears for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. This Court has, by an order dated 24/06/2013, protected the education of the petitioner and while issuing Rule on 16/04/2014, we had continued the ad interim relief granted on 24/06/2013. It would be necessary for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue the mark-sheet of the 7th Semester Examination to the petitioner, if the same is withheld only because the petitioner has not produced the caste validity certificate. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are, therefore, directed to issue the mark-sheet of the 7th Semester Examination to the petitioner, if the same is withheld only for non production of the caste validity certificate, immediately.
The Civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
