DATE : 03.02.2015 In spite of service of notice to the appellant to engage another Advocate, none appeared for the appellant on 12.12.2014 and 19.1.2015. Today, in the morning session none appeared for the appellant when the matter was called out. Again in the afternoon session when the matter is called out, none appears for the appellant.

It is apparent that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the first appeal. The first appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
