Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

The allegation is that this applicant collected certain amount from the account-holders of the society and in stead of depositing those amounts in the respective accounts of the account-holders, kept those amounts with herself and thus misappropriated an amount of Rs.1,38,315/- and the fact that the applicant has deposited this amount would show that whatever she has done has been prima facie accepted by her and, therefore, no custodial interrogation would be required. The loss caused so far has been apparently made good by the applicant. In these circumstances, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted by this Court to the applicant on 04.7.2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
