DATE : 13/07/2023 Present application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by appellant/Acquiring Body. The appeal filed by Acquiring Body came to be dismissed on 13/01/2023. The appellant has already deposited enhanced compensation in this Court as per order dated 26/04/2023. As such, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

Respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited in this Court along with accrued interest.

Registry is directed to disburse the same in favour of respondent No.1, after due verification of documents.
