Today the respondent no.1 had come from Washim for the purpose of personal identification and withdrawal. Office told the respondent no.1 that respondent no.1 does not owe an amount of Rs.5,26,000/- that is why this application for speaking to minutes is made. Seen the order dated 03/08/2021, it is true that Rs.25,000/- was deposited by the Insurance Company and the office has deposited that amount in a fixed deposit along with the amount deposited in other cases. That is how, the figure of Rs.5,26,000/- had come. In fact, the respondent no.1 does not owe Rs.5,26,000/-. From that amount, he owes Rs.25,000/-.

Order not on board matter caf 1784-2021 Apart from that, the amount of Rs.4,51,907/- is also deposited on behalf of the Insurance Company. In view of that following modification be made in the order dated 03/08/2021.

In the direction no.(i) instead of Rs.5,26,000/- it should be modified to Rs.4,76,907/- (Rs.4,51,907/- + Rs,25,000/-) along with accrued interest.

Office is directed to do the compliance today itself without calling the respondent no.1 again for withdrawal. JUDGE R.S. Sahare
