By this Writ Petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.3-Tahsildar to decide the Application made by the petitioner for change of entry in the 7/12 extracts, as per the direction of the Collector, Nagpur.

Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is innocuous, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent no.3-Tahsildar to decide the Application of the petitioner and make the changes in accordance with law, within two months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
