Rule. Ms N.P. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 2; and Shri D.M. Kale, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, waive notice of hearing. Rule made returnable forthwith. 2.

The petitioners who are serving as Assistant Teachers at various Zilla Parishad Schools with the Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal are aggrieved by the exclusion of their names from the seniority cum selection list dated 16-6-2023 on the basis of which promotions for the post of Head Master are to be effected. By relying upon the Government Resolution dated 1-8-2019, it is submitted that initially in the seniority list dated 31-5-2023 the names of the petitioners were included. However in the subsequent list dated 16-6-2023 that is now being considered by the Zilla Parishad for promotion on the post of Head Master, the names of the petitioners have not been included therein. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that alongwith the petitioners in Writ Petition No.3805 of 2023, the present petitioners have made a representation dated 22-6-2023 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal for including their names in the seniority cum selection list to enable the Zilla Parishad to consider their names for promotion on the post of Head Master.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to consider the representation

2 WP-3909-2023.odt dated 22-6-2023 made by the petitioners alongwith the petitioners in Writ Petition No.3805 of 2023 in accordance with the time-frame given in the order dated 21-6-2023 passed in the said writ petition. All points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
