DATED : 28 OCTOBER, 2015 In pursuance of the notice issued by this Court, respondent No.1 along with Neha, daughter of the petitioner, are present in the Court.
We have personally interviewed the girl-Neha in the Chamber. She has informed us that she has married with respondent No.1-Shashank and she is residing with him out of her free will and wish.
We have also permitted the said girl-Neha to speak with her mother.
In that view of the matter, no orders are necessary to be passed in the present matter.
The petition is disposed of.
