DATED : 3 -12-2024 The applicants/appellants are seeking stay to effect, operation and execution of judgment and decree dated 25-4-2019 passed by District Judge-4, Nagpur in Regular Civil Appeal No. 222/2017 and the judgment and decree dated 31-3-2017 passed by 19th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No. 1819/2012.

This Court vide order dated 11-9-2019 passed interim order protecting possession of the appellants. Since the order continued for all these years, in my considered view, the purpose will be served, if interim order is made absolute. Accordingly, interim order dated 11-9-2019 protecting possession of the appellants is made absolute.

The application is disposed of in above terms. Second Appeal No. 356 of 2019 Heard.
