This writ petition is in respect of protection of building and structure existing on land bearing Survey No.70 at Parsodi Grampanchayat, Khapri (Railway), Tah. Nagpur (Rural), Dist. Nagpur. But, as per the admission of the petitioner himself this protection has become infructuous, in view of the fact that building on the land is demolished on 09.11.2016.
