DATED : JANUARY 18, 2021 Heard Mr.Ghare, learned counsel for petitioner. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 is absent. By this writ petition, petitioner is challenging order dated 15.06.2017 passed by learned 2nd Labour Court in reference IDA No. 23/2017.

Today, when this writ petition was called for admission, learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent no.1-Anandrao Maroti Kakde filed an application (Exh.-29) in the Court of 2nd Labour Court, Nagpur for withdrawal of the proceeding and on 17.11.2018, the learned Judge passed an order and disposed of the proceedings. Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, submits that nothing survives in this writ petition and it has become infructuous.

The statement is accepted.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
