The only ground which is pressed in service to challenge the impugned orders directing removal of obstruction on road under the Mamlatdar's Court Act, 1906, is that, there is an alternate road available to the respondents Nos.5 to 9/original plaintiffs. Existence of alternate road cannot be a ground for blocking another road which is also in existence. Legal position in this regard is well settled.

In view of the above, no case is made out for interference, writ petition is dismissed.
