Heard Advocate Shri P.R.Agrawal for the petitioner, Advocate Shri H.D. Dangre for the respondent No.2 and Additional G.P. Shri D.P. Thakre, for the respondent No.1.

The Principal-respondent No.2 is present. We do not wish to go into any controversy as the examination form of the petitioner has been entertained and she has been permitted by the respondent No.2 to prosecute the studies. She is student of Third Year of Bachelor of Engineering in respondent No.2 College.

In view of this development, we direct the respondent No.1 Committee to expedite the caste claim of the petitioner and complete the verification at the earliest possible and in any case within eight weeks from today. 4.

The interim order granted to the petitioner on 18/06/2018 shall continue till then and shall be subject to validity.

Needless to mention that, therefore, the education till appropriate orders are passed by the Scrutiny Committee shall not be disturbed in any manner.

The writ petition is thus, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
