The applicant has challenged the order dated 3rd April,2019 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Buldana whereby the process was issued against the applicant herein. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although the learned JMFC has observed that the dispute is of civil nature and has rejected the application filed by respondent/complainant, the learned Sessions Judge has issued process against the present applicant.
