ORAL JUDGMENT :

In this writ petition, the challenge is raised to the impugned order dated 19th May, 2018 passed by learned Additional Collector, Buldhana in Rev.Case No. RTS-64/Dongar Khandala/151/2017-18. 2.

This Court while issuing notice to the respondents, had granted stay to the impugned order dated 19th May, 2018, passed by the Sknair

In that view of the matter, considering the period of more than four and half years have been lapsed in between, I am of the opinion that instead of going into the merits of the case, the purpose would be served if the Additional Collector, Buldhana is directed to decide the proceeding at the earliest, and in any case, on or before 31st March, 2023. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Collector, Buldhana to decide the proceeding at the earliest, in any case, on or before 31st March, 2023. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
